[解决]windows program compatibility mode is on

Windows Program Compatibility mode is on. Turn it off and then try Setupagain

解决方法（注意安装过程中关闭VS）：

（1）为安装文件【vs.exe】创建快捷方式；

（2）右键快捷方式，打开属性窗口，快捷方式选项卡，在目标编辑框中最后添加“-Uninstall”（仅分号内内容）；

（3）应用并确定；

（3）运行快捷方式（最好以管理员身份）；

（4）选择Repair；
